Today I wanted to share some dance specific exercises to correct anterior pelvic tilt. Anterior pelvic tilt is a postural deviation that you will see quite frequently in dancers. It's hard to identify which is the cause, and which is the effect? But what we do know for sure, is that this is something we want to correct to improve our dancer's performance. Below is a simple infographic of two exercises that dancers can benefit from integrating into their daily dance routine.
